Barbara joined the Contacts Count team in 2018. She’s also a partner at JanBara & Associates where she does consulting, coaching, and speaking on leadership and high-potential development, executive presence, networking, and job search. Barbara was previously the head of talent management at Lincoln Financial. Barbara has designed and implemented effective programs for numerous Fortune 500 clients including Comcast, New York Life, AstraZeneca, L3 and Sara Lee. She’s led leadership development programs and coaching for GlaxoSmithKline, Infineum, Fitch Ratings, Invensys Rail and DSM. Additionally, she’s an adjunct faculty member at Ashridge, a British-based global executive education business school. She was recognized by the National Diversity Council as one of Pennsylvania’s Most Powerful & Influential Woman in 2013.
