How Sharp Are Your Networking Skills?
Our NCA is the best way to measure your skills or the skills of your whole group.
Here’s everything you need to know about the NCA:
What is the NCA?
The NCA is a 40-item, online test that measures skills described in The 8 Networking Competencies needed by almost everyone, in almost every line of work, at every level. It takes about 20 minutes to complete. Results are confidential.
Who has used the NCA?
“Networking has become closely associated with the job search, but for true value, it needs to become a way of life. The NCA takes a comprehensive view of building relationships and helps you to gain insight into the areas where you can strengthen your networking acumen.” – Dr. Dawn Graham, MBA Career Director, Wharton School of Business
Here are some of the groups who’ve used the NCA: professional services firms; entrepreneurs; employees at DuPont, Kansas City Power & Light, Computer Sciences Corporation, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Corning, Inc., KPMG, Keiter CPA; graduate MBA students at Wharton and George Washington University; senior women leaders at eBay; managers, coaches and their clients at Lockheed Martin; members of the Society of Women Engineers and other associations; ICF (a government contractor), the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Department of Transportation, and Centers for Disease Control.
How will I receive the results?
You’ll be able to print out these confidential results
- A one-page report that shows how you did in each of The 8 Networking Competencies
- A short debrief for each of the 40 items, including why the right response is the right response.
What does the NCA cost and how can I order it?
The NCA is $40 per test. For a group of 10 or more people, call Lynne Waymon at 301-589-8633 to ask about bulk discounts. You may pay by check or PayPal.
